DCK 2.x

Where can I find a pre 3.x version of DCK? It doesn't appear to be in utils/level_edit anymore.

Oh, does anyone know if Ben Morris' email still works?

And I'd love to find out where he is. I've been wanting a registered version of DCK 3.62 for a long time, and he seems to have fallen off the planet.
