jdoom errors, i need help

i just got jdoom, i downloaded it from doomsdayhq.com i think its a version 1.8 or sumthin like dat. neway, it worked great at first, but then i wanted to go bigger and i downloaded the 3d model package, well, it works good too, exept for 1 thing, the lost soul heads are... well... missing ! :( it just shows a fireball floating in the air. does anyone here know my problem ???

That's an old modelpack you've downloaded. The link on DHQ hasn't been updated for a while because a new site will be going live soon.

First you need to uninstall the modelpack, then you need to go to
http://modelyard.newdoom.com to get the latest version of the resource pack.
