Actually, I was at the Raven site a while ago, and they were talking about Cyclones' engine, and it was totally new. The tossed aside the Shadowcaster engine for reasons that I forgot (I was reading this like a couple months ago). Anyways, to my knowledge, it's the first FPS to actual use bounce code (Doom had it in the alpha, but that was it). I had it since 1996, I actually got it on 3 1/2" disk (had no choice in the matter, didn't have a CD-Rom). And personally, I preferred the Plasma accelerator...instant kill...*drools*

Of course I'm not trying to get doom for free I bought Doom95 about 3 years ago for a cool £10 which is about $20 I think so its not piracy. Earlyer this year I moved in with my Dad after my Mum got to be too much of a pain in the arse. I've left the doom cd at my Mums. I'm unwilling to travel over just to get one cd so could someone send me there doom.wad?

I think I will type up a quicky rules thingy for the DW forums FAQ.

2. No spamming. Spamming is A)A single word reply such as "heh". Once and a while is alright but constantly is considered spamming B)Making irritating threads that are very far off-topic. They will probably end up here if a moderator/administrator feels it should.

3. No flamewars. Just poking fun may be fine if a moderator/administrator feels it is. If it goes to extreme lengths such as making new threads just for flamming a user or users. This is frowned upon.
