Update to the Doom on Windows XP-thread

There are a few things that should be fixed in the Doom on Windows XP/Windows 2000-thread:

ZDoomGL's current URL is http://zdoomgl.mancubus.net/ , not http://www.doomworld.com/doomgl/ .

The above should be replaced with something like this: "Run the game with DOSbox. If the game feels sluggish, adjust the cycles-setting with CTRL + F11/F12 until the game runs smoothly."

And finally, SoundFX 2000's URL is now http://www.softsystem.co.uk/page4.html .
