malware in Zdoom Launcher (ZDL)?

I went to unzip the ZDoom Laucher that I downloaded from http://biohazard.drdteam.org/?p=zdl and my anti-spyware program (SpySweeper) freaked out. WTF? I looked at the comments section on the website and everyone was like "OMG best doom launcher EVAR!" and stuff like that. Either the download site got hi-jacked or there is a scam going on.

Probably a false positive. I've just downloaded and scanned it with Kaspersky AV and it came up clean.

Because the program calls home to look for updates and downloads them the anti virus programs heuristics "thinks" it is a virus because it acts somewhat like one. So, bottom line, No worries.

ZDL != ZDoom. Regardless, it's a false positive.

Are my eyes deceiving me, or am I going crazy? It says Shroom King has only 1 post, yet there's 2 posts by him alone in this thread...

No deception there, just a technical curiosity. He has only one post, because the first belonged to Blogs, where they don't count.
