Nothing specific for now, just messing around with the bestiary. I used an old map to take the shot, you've played it.

And I think I remember the exact location that shot was taken, I believe it was your (highly atmospheric and actually creepy) version of Termination from "My map to your map", am I right in thinking that was the water tunnel area?

Thanks, I'm working on a commercial TC with a small group. The rendering enhancements you see are part of a custom renderer that my internal version of 3DGE now utilizes.

These stalactices or whatever they are look rather artificial when they take as much linedefs as the rest of the picture. Uneven detailing I think.

That does look quite interesting though. I agree on the subject of torches it looks a bit too overdone. Is that a new Meridian Twilight map?

I scrapped the area, probably just easier to try and make something else there.

Yeah, its the first map of the 3rd episode. Doomguy has to punch his way out from the bowels of a giant beast. Very pink map this one

Mouldy, that's probably the best fleshy mapping I've ever seen. Which, sadly isn't saying a lot, but I certainly stand impressed, ser!

That chessboard tiling feels... I don't know, strange? Funky? Dunno what word I am seeking...
Just like darkreaver said, try something different, either on floor/lower parts or more likely, to ceiling/upper parts due to sky access. Maybe some mossy bricks...

So yea these shots don't stand up to anything already on this page lol...

I finally made another map. (MAP13)

It's unnamed as of yet, but I'm thinking of just yoinking the name "Halls of the Damned" straight out of E3. It's pretty lame without being in the actual action. The space itself is very humbling with how tall it is and the map is chock full of enemies that need killing.
