Favorite Heretic and Hexen Monster

I tried to pick favorites but couldn't do it. Hell, I couldn't even do it for the Doom games. I'd say my least favorite from either game are the centaur/slaughtaurs because of the tedium they represent. Maybe I am just impatient, but I liked playing the cleric because of how the wraithverge just laughs at their attempts to shield themselves, even if it does take some of the challenge away (that and it's great to hear that awesome splattering sound when it eats through a crowd of ettins :).
