Great...now if only smilies were allowed on this forum (assuming the DW forums block that type of software as well).

I don't think that program can override the options set by forums administrators. You could probably only use it to post the smilies on forums where they are permitted.

Smileys are usualy img's...since this forum blocks <img> tags, then they will probably be ineffective.
