deadnail Posted December 23, 2000 When do you get the WinTEX error? When you try to extract the files or when you try to just fire up the program? If it's when you fire up the program you're just most likely missing the Visual Basic 3 Runtime DLL's. You can snag them offa Download.com real easy and they're under 300k. Just search for Visual Basic, click on the 3 runtimes, and extract them into your Windoze/System directory then you can start it up. You might as well get all of them and install them, just in case a future program requires them. They won't slow your system down, just increase it's compatibility since these files are only loaded into memory when the program is run. Hope that helps. 0 Share this post Link to post
