Scythe demos [-complevel 2]

i got raged by a stupid loss in deathmatch and decided to finalize my scythe campaign. my effectivity during the session was a pleasant surprise. :)

map15 uv-speed/pacifist secret exit in 0:08
map18 uv-speed in 0:07
map22 uv-speed/pacifist in 0:27
map25 uv-pacifist in 0:10

the other maps are either well optimized or.. 'not my type' (read: i suck and die a lot on them), so i'll redirect my focus somewhere else...

Ohhh yeah! Man don't Skelly rockets pack a punch?

Those buggers seem to do 80 damage in one hit sometimes. OUCH.

MAP 10 NM-Speed in 0:12.17

12 sec is nothing special, but this run is 1 tic faster than Adam's UV-Speed.
I don't know 11 sec is possible or not without TAS. Will anyone challenge it?

Well that made my demo completely pointless.
It's just the fact that I was looking over the demos in the Doomed SDA and none of them had that thing that said "Also Pacifist" so I thought it wasn't beaten yet.

Loved the pictorial description of the emotions present when recording the demo!

Interesting that you're "Beserk" when dead, which *should* have refilled your health to 100, which would be quite an interesting finish - A "100% dead exit" haha :)

I wonder, did the code simply not get to fully evaluate that Berserk's effects before processing the fact that you exited?

very clever use of Romero. It reminds me some Quake max demos where monsters are usually killed after the player has already exited. Good job ;-)

Map14 Pacifist(skill 1) 3:18
exe: prboom-plus 2.5.0.6 (complevel 2)

A very hard map to pacifist considering its the only map in scythe that doesn't have a pacifist run(and now I know why). Also I did it in skill 1 because the monster placement is the same so it was less frustrating for me to do this(although I might try skill 4 one day...maybe).

Philnemba, I hope you will finish map 14 on pacifist.

I did two demos for maps which had been undone on Pacifist. The rest of UV-pacifist are map 14 and 30.

MAP 29 UV-Pacifist in 0:26
MAP 31 UV-Pacifist in 1:40 (Normal Exit)

...and MAP 30 failed UV-Pacifist demo.
Caco's attack can't hit Romero easily. If a lost soul came to Romero's room, to kill him would be easy. However, cacos always came to there.
