Zoorado Posted August 26, 2003 Well, CGI in movies isn't always the most groundbreaking thing. BSSRDF is a very new technique, it's no wonder Hollywood haven't adopted it yet. As for the rendering time, I guess it wouldn't be too slow. Maybe 10 seconds on the most powerful PC money can buy...
