I'm around kids a fair bit as I have an ungodly number of grand neices/nephews. Kids just aren't vindictive like adults are. They won't smile to your face while planning the best way to stab you in the back. For me kids are under 12 years old too. After that the evil starts seeping in through rap music videos and Britney Spears songs. :p

..or maybe just generic human nature.


But you are right. Kids first become truly vicious when entering the early puberty. From there on they are, however, capable of great cruelty because of their poor sense of judgement and their inability to see their actions in a larger picture.

Ever wonder why people bother with child-soldiers? A band of properly trained 15 year olds are the most remorseless thing you can find of this earth.
