DeumReaper Posted June 6, 2006 I remember that part too; wasn't that the internet level where the Web was represented as a Vegas-style light city? 0 Share this post Link to post

I loved how there were so many different layers to the "sky" moving in different directions. 0 Share this post Link to post

Job Posted June 6, 2006 Pretty much all of Super Castlevania IV comes to mind. I rather liked the asylum level in Pain Killer. If I had to list all of my fave/"best" video game levels of all time, this would be an insanely long post. Also, I did like Watch Your Step and some of the human levels in Doom 64. Spiral was good too. 0 Share this post Link to post
Tango Posted June 6, 2006 Epyo said:and um, the 2 music levels, Planet Sonata I believe, in Ristar were funderful. My gosh, I forgot about that game. Those levels or the water levels were awesome. Oh yeah, and the levels in Vectorman and Vectorman 2 were fantastic. 0 Share this post Link to post
caco_killer Posted June 7, 2006 -Super Metroid: Any level. I thought they had a dark, creepy, atmosphere. -Metroid Prime 2: Hydrodynamo Station, for the same reasons as Super Metroid's levels. -Perfect Dark: The first level on Perfect Agent difficulty. I love how you have to sneak around to avoid alerting guards, and the lobby shootout at the end was awesome. -Doom 64: Even Simpler on Watch Me Die! difficulty. This level is so intense. You have to move constantly, or else you die in seconds. 0 Share this post Link to post
Janderson Posted June 7, 2006 Not in order : Sonic 2 - End Bosses. Sonic (and knuckles) 3 - Lava Zone. MGS - Fisticuffs with Liquid on metal gear roof. MGS2 - Tanker on European Extreme. MGS3 - The End's sniper battle. If there's a game that has a better sniper battle I wanna hear of it. Doom3 - The suspence based levels. Doom - E1M8. Trolls - Toy land. James Pond 2 Robocod - the food based levels. WoW - Anything in the undead areas. 0 Share this post Link to post

Though I really liked them all - very ambient. 0 Share this post Link to post

Use Posted June 7, 2006 exp(x) said:There was this one level in Tron 2.0 that was so beautiful, I had to stop and just stare at the screen. I don't remember the name, but it was when you first get to the internet in order to find a compiler. Ooo I remember that one, cause it had the same effect on me! 0 Share this post Link to post
