Comcast made my Internet $77 bux a month... then I discovered oh there are different tiers. I went for the cheapest, bought my own modem and now I'm down to $30. I can still play online games and TF2.

I suspect that RCN is bad with upload speeds for one reason or another, as I never came above 1mb with them in the last several years.

But lo and behold! Today! (Home)

Oh god. that was my old mobile broadband connection couple years back, it did get alot better last few years but yeah now mobile connections are actually near stable.
