IMJack Posted April 2, 2002 My computer's set up so I can run ZDoom by double-clicking on the WAD file I want to play. If I want to do more than one file, I create a shortcut and edit the command line in the Properties box. Share this post Link to post

Lüt Posted April 4, 2002 I used to have a mass of batch files back in the DOS 6.22/WIN 3.11 days, and I still have a few, but most are DOS-oriented and I don't use them anymore in XP. Still, I use the "Run" box, so command line it is. Share this post Link to post
KING ELVIS Posted April 4, 2002 I use of course: The King Doom Frontend. I'n earlier days I used batch files too....but then I implemented batch file emulation into the frontend (that is what the database mode is for!). I also use the command line, but only within the frontend. Finally: It is not only a frontend, it simply offers you the best things from all worlds together. Share this post Link to post

nxn Posted April 28, 2002 I use a command line, no reason why I shouldn't. Share this post Link to post

DooMBoy Posted May 3, 2002 The majority of the time I just use the DOS prompt. And occasionally a frontend of some sort. Share this post Link to post
Little Faith Posted May 28, 2002 I use some frontend called Zdoomer, though it is a pity it can't load multiple dehs and bex'es. Share this post Link to post
