Apple - big moan!!

I stopped using anything Apple after my (gifted) iPod died and somehow my iTunes account got hacked. I woke up one morning to $50 worth of shit purchased on my account when I didn't even have iTunes installed anymore at the time.

After doing research I read that it was happening to a lot of people, and Apple refused to do address it publicly and obviously refused to give me my money back--though luckily PayPal gave me a refund.

Seems it had also happened a short time prior to a bunch of people, where some employee who had written a book used a few hundred user accounts to purchase the e-book to drive up its ranking.

And, of course, Apple will not honor requests to close accounts so ultimately I changed all my personal information to nonsense and put in a fake card number (since they require having one for no reason) and have never looked back. Fuck that company. They have good products, but are terrible in every other way.
