Even with vpn service this page/forum and id games database sometimes gets down for me and without vpn I can`t access this page at all.

I`ve never had connection problems before with this page. As I said I`m not expert,but I tried change my DNS settings,checked antivirus,firewall settings and I get same error page with same tips. Other internet links works ok.
