Jimmy Posted November 18, 2009 This was done using AutoShapes in PowerPoint (tracing over the original), layering random noise with Paint.NET, and final touches/enhancements in PSP5. The font is called Stencilia, and I got it from dafont.com. It's not the actual font used for the original titlepic but it's about as close as I could get. :P I'm using this on the cover of my Plutonia 2 album on last.fm. Not perfect, but I think it works. :) Enjoy. Resolution: 840 x 514 0 Share this post Link to post
t.v. Posted November 19, 2009 The original titlepic was made in 640x400 px and can be found on my website. You could have simply scaled it up to a higher resolution if you wanted to. Here is a version of 960x600. It has a lot more detail this way. If you want to, I could make new version for your Album cover. It's sort of a hobby :-) And IIRC the font used was: Arial Bold 0 Share this post Link to post

It's sort of a hobby :-) That would actually be really cool. :D Think you could do a square version of that titlepic with "THE SOUNDTRACK" and "JAMES PADDOCK" on there somewhere? (Go ahead and stick your name on it as well under "Cover art" or something if you want, I don't mind; it's your art after all. :P) 0 Share this post Link to post
t.v. Posted November 19, 2009 Yeah, I can make a square version. I already got some ideas... I am very busy this month, but I think I can find some time in December. I hope that is ok with you. 0 Share this post Link to post
Jimmy Posted January 6, 2010 Did you? To jamespaddock(at)hotmail(dot)com? It's not showing up in my Inbox or Junk folder. :S (This nearly always happens, I can never understand why.) :( 0 Share this post Link to post
t.v. Posted January 6, 2010 I sent it to your rocketmail (You used it while we were working on P2 IIRC). Anyway: I have re-send it to your hotmail. Hope it worked this time... 0 Share this post Link to post
Jimmy Posted January 6, 2010 Thanks, got it! Wow, fantastic work. ;) That's going on my Last.fm page right now. :D EDIT: Oh, and in response to the question in your e-mail, yes, it's fine. :D 0 Share this post Link to post
