Which maps introduce new weapons

I was pondering if FreeDoom should introduce weapons one-by-one in the first levels.
We probably do not want the BFG in any of the low numbered maps.
I am thinking it should be along these lines, but I doubt that many
of these low levels are currently designed with this in mind (most probably have chaingun and plasma).

MAP01 - shotgun
MAP02 - + super shotgun
MAP03 - + chaingun
MAP05 - + missile launcher
MAP06 - + plasma
MAP10 ?? MAP11 ?? - + BFG

To summarise: there are dropped shotguns on map01, and dropped chainguns on map03. For placed weapons there is an ssg on map02, rocket launcher on map04 and plasma gun on map06. The chainsaw first appears on map05. There is no BFG until map11.
