During an assault into an infested city, a group of marines were pinned down by a Cyberdemon. You are sent with an armoured convoy to rescue these marines, but the convoy got ambushed. You escape, but you need to proceed on foot.

Jumping is required to play this level.

This was supposed to be a speedmap, and don't take longer than 6 hours, but many problems appeared with UDMF format (many sectors were breaking with no reason, and the Doom Builder bug searching tools couldn't find the reasons, so after many time trying to find and fix these sectors, I decided to convert the map to Doom in Hexen format and some areas had to be re-planned), and it ended up taking more than 10~12 hours.

This map play very differently if compared with my other city maps. This map doesn't has a sandbox felling, and is a bit more linear.

This map also attempts to recreate Doom 2's Tenements map. But since that map is way too much abstract, this map doesn't resembles that map at all.

This ZDBSP bug is probably what you were running into. It was a giant hassle to work around in every UDMF map I've worked on and was only very recently fixed.

Oh, good to know it. I was about to abandon the UDMF format forever.

Played this and your two other city maps in Brutal Doom and had a good time. In fact, I haven't had this much fun with Doom in a very long time.
