So if i want skulltag on a disc with doom 2 so i can play it on a disc, do i do portable installation?

Also will settings and data be on it?

Don't use a disc you clown, use a USB stick.

I got both. But if i want to use a blank disc.

Well you wouldn't be able to install directly onto the disc anyway, so no.

Assuming it works the same as ZDoom, do a portable installation, copy all the needed wad files into the Skulltag directory, put other wads/skins/mods etc. in subdirectories and then you should be able to burn the whole thing onto a disc, copy it to a USB drive, etc.
