At least they're honest. I gave up on gaming magazines and websites a long time ago because they did such a shitty job at reviewing games (ESPECIALLY nintendo power and IGN).

I didn't say I disagreed with every 'professional' review on the planet I'm just saying they suck at reviewing imo, possibly more so than gamefaq 'reader reviews'

Well now I've heard from exactly 3 persons that Super Metroid sucks and from 211 that it kicks ass.

I have a really old issue of a magazine called Game Players.
It's a really old issue, back in 93 or 94, anyway, the magazine
gave Super Metroid for the SNES a whopping 97%!
But what do they know?
Metroid is

COMPLETE ASS

and it also

sucks

according to 3 of our forum members. None of which probably played the game longer than 5 minutes.
Liam, if you'd played the game almost all the way through like the way you said you did, then you would've fallen in love with the game.

Yep, definitely female.

I played all the way through the original metroid via emulation a few weeks back, and it's one of the few games that i would play non-stop as a kid on the nes.

Metroid = Kick Ass.
