a doom PC

i have begun saving my cash for a new computer. I will begin building it in 1-2 years from now. i set a side $20 a week, maybey a little here and there too, for a computer account. my currnet computer is fine as is, maybey a newer cpu but that is it. also i want to get a new monitor then. i am going to get a flat screen then. flat screens are getting alot better and cheaper. I have seen some with very good res and refreash rates for under 500. also when i start there should be some truely kick ass shit out

That will be well under spec in 2 years if the law of cpu speed x2 every 18 months is correct, we will be looking at well over 3 ghz, but looking at his budget of around $2,000, perhaps he will not be buying top of the range with that, I suggest the best cpu and the best graphics card affordable, rest I would just get whatever is the "norm" by then
