Help with XWE (need tutorial)

I was wondering if there is a full tutorial for XWE (For doom and maybe hexen and heretic)
Like how to add remove monsters
add remove textures items weapons etc.
Like a full blown tutorial. Because I have been trying to figure out how to use it but its confusing i end up having to set everything back to default :(.
