Re-Add Rotate Sectors Button?

This is something I miss from DB1. I was map editing for the first time in a while, and needed to rotate one of the sectors I was working with. I had to dig around the message boards to find that the keyword "E" was used to rotate the sector. Could the Rotate Sectors button be re-added for DB2? If not, could it be added under the Sectors menu when in Sectors Mode?

I don't know if this is the right board to ask for a feature request, since the development board is mainly there for bug reports.
