Feature request: DOOMWADPATH

Recommended Posts

Eternity supports the standard DOOMWADDIR environment variable to specify an IWAD, but it would be nice if it also supported DOOMWADPATH like Chocolate Doom does. DOOMWADPATH is similar, but allows you to specify multiple paths separated by colons (or semicolons on Windows). I would like to be able to type "eternity -iwad doom.wad" when I want to play Doom 1, without having to specify the full path.

This has actually been on my TODO list for quite a while but I needed somebody to explain the semantics of it to me. You have done that and so I should be able to get it put in now ;)
