SkullTag Server?

Ok, its like this i used to play Jdoom with a group of friends(since there isnt any server with a ping lower than 200 at all for me and my friends)

But one of my friends got hes video card screwed and cant run opengl or directdraw and we tryed to play with legacy and Zdaemon but skulltag has better features like skins and different game modes.

The problem is the servers are all old school and i cant find a way to serve, i wanted to know how.
