Name this mod (from past)

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a mod which I used to have installed in my computer many years ago. I hope you may recognize it; I search for it for some time but couldn't find which mod it is. It was a third party mod (wad) I think. It had complete new episodes.

-You a had tooth brush as a weapon
-It featured yellow smilies (may be the face pic on the HUD - not sure)

And ideas?

This one doesn't have toothbrush weapon anyway.

Please tell me, if there's a problem with the legalized version. I t has the toothbrush, so what is the real problem?
