"Doom weapons in Heretic" WAD - download link?

Threads like this one mention the "Doom weapons in Heretic" WAD, but all download links I've ever found have been dry. Anyone have it? If not, is there another functionally equivalent weapons mod out there? I just want to play some good Heretic maps with Doom weapons. (Heresy?)
