I made it for GZDoom 1.7.0. I didn't test it in other ports. But it should work with zdoom

Can you tell me in which port did you try it because I don't see the mising textures.

I'll try to add more variance to the texturing thanks

and as regards playability? was it easy?

I used zdoom 2.6.1 .
It was really strange that there were only 2 monsters , so i thought it was a terry wad,but then i found out they spawn as traps.

what is this? map08?

It's MAP01

There are ambushes with chaingunners. and inside the rooms are pinkies

This isn't too bad for your first W.I.P. bit it could use some work in some places like the starting area because it was square and bland. It could also use work on some of the slopes that stretch the textures. But it's pretty good for a start.
