Hell on Earth Starter Pack Map 07

Hello. I've been playing Brutal Doom: Hell on Earth Starter Pack, but I got stuck in the Staging Area, which is similar to Dead Simple. I can't complete this level at all, because after I killed all of the Mancubi, the four doors won't open to let me fight the Arachnotrons. I played ZDoom for alot less lag, but do I have to play in GZDoom?

Seems like a compatibility problem.

Look for a fix for it under Compatibility Settings.

Okay, what do you mean "Compatibility Settings"? I went to Compatibility Options, and currently I set the compatibility mode to "Default". Do I have to change a mode?

Are you using the latest 2.8.1 version of ZDoom? I just tried it and it worked fine for me.

Yes, I'm using the latest version of ZDoom, which is 2.8.1. The only way I could beat the level is to use the no clipping mode, and it's not fun to cheat through the level. I've been killing all of the Mancubi many times, and the doors still do not open. I have not had this problem in the original Dead Simple level. What have I done wrong?

Which .wad and .pk3 files are you loading when you play?

Just BrutalDv20b.pk3, ExtraTextures.wad, and hellonearthstarterpack.wad. Nothing else.

Sorry to open this old thread but can someone please tell me what ExtraTextures.wad does. I can't seem to notice any diffrence
