Hello. Doomworld is proud to welcome you to the 13th Annual Cacowards celebration. I would like to introduce your grand master, Scuba Steve. It's time to take a heart-felt look back at this year's best and worst Doom creations.

Scuba has been like clockwork, first producing the 11th Annual Cacowards, the 12th Annual Cacowards, and of course, this year's installment. Once again, I have been tasked to parse his atrocious spelling and grammar (not really) and make the presentation human-readable.
