Smooth mouse keeps turning off

No matter if I set smooth mouse turning in the Eternity settings, it always reverts to 'off' next time I run Eternity. Why does it do that? I find jerky mouse turning awful.

It's a bug of omission; it's not set to save in the config code. I fixed it in C/S but somehow forgot to fix it on trunk.
