The name and origin of a certain song

There's a song I've heard in Rebirth that replaced the mus file D_Readme, and I was curious as to where it came from. I've heard it several times in Simplicity, Scythe, and Congestion 1024 too.

It's from Final Doom (TNT). I don't know if it's got any name.
