    Hey Cadman, I just sent you two levels: Space Station, Blood Runners. you can rip away new textures if you dont want the few patches I included. it would not matter.

    have you seen my ZDoom resource file : ftp://3darchives.in-span.net/pub/idgames/combos/spzdoom2.zip it contains your CONS1_3 and a lot more, by the way do you know you can rotate and scale flats on the floors and ceilings? you would not need it as you can rotate all other three into it!

    First of all, are any of you a parent? do you love your children? why do you love them? do you love them better if they love you in return and obey your commands? do you love them if they do not believe in you and your commands, trun their back toward you any time you try to talk to them, try to make their broders a non-believer like themselves, even try to hurt the ones that obey you, every time you send one of your better childs to talk to them, they hurt him or even kill him? Second: There is only a true religion and that is loving the God by heart, seeing him through the heart, not eyes, (because he is not like his creation, and could not be seen), hearing from him trough the heart, or his messengers (all of them), talking to him through the heart, and asking for his help, or guidance, loving him so much that you would love anything that reminds you of him, including all his creation, the world! Third: all the religions made by people, which contain loving anything other than God, like cows or stones, are creation of Devil, and all the ones that tell people to love the God are distorted examples of the trough religion, distorted by some people to ensure their power over other people, or ensure their worldy moneys or some other lust. but i`m sure there are still some people attending to the true religion and keeping their contact with their creator who knows all about them and their needs, before and after their death.

    Some more here... 0afterlf : Afterlife This is my 14th level and pretty tough, (like the others!). 0cavemen : Cavemen This is my 9th level, a very huge level, and ... ok, hard! 0sthold : Stronghold This is my 17th level and full of nice surprises! I have made these between 1995-1999 before the time that I heared about doom comunities, I wish I knew sooner! ;( "Deth Cycle" includes a resource wad containing some select sound effects and skies and wall patches, maybe useful. Cadman, you are welcome to use any part of them in your megawad or you can use a changed version of them, but be warned, most of them are huge and very hard, in hard mode of play. By the way I think most of them fit in you description of the required levels. except for a few new sounds and wall patches. cheero, Sphagne.

    Here are the levels: ftp://archives.3dgamers.com/pub/idgames/levels/doom2/0-9/ 0avenger : Avenger This is my 10th level, and contains some corrupted town blocks. 0bloodr : Blood Runners This is my 8th level & needs fast running over the blood flow. 0dcycle : Death Cycle This is my 5th level, a circular level, small & compact. 0hharbr : Hell Harbour This is my 6th level, a very hard one, don`t be maddened! 0livend : The Living End This is my 7th level, with a very interesting lift at the end! 0slab : Secret Lab This is my 4th level, You need to use your mind as your hands. 0station : Space Station This is my 16th level with some neat architecture. 0trojan : Trojan This is my 12th level and pretty tough, (like the others!). These were designed for doom2 and may contain a few new sounds or sky textures.

    Monsters Teleporting

    One of the funny tricks in my levels was to hide a cyberdemon inside a pit at the end of the level, the pit had no lower textures, so it was hidden, when a player reaches to a short distant of it, he triggeres this pit to lower to 8 above the near sectors and the litter cyber demon jumpes right in his face, the reactions that I saw was great!

    Some editing features are incorporated inside the game, for instance you can play the game and drop a sound event in a corner and it will be added to the level...

    Thanx, by the way you are welcome to use these resources as well, I think that they are high quality, and the more people use them, the more I will re informed of probable bugs and/or suggestions. ;)

    The only places of imcompatibility with Boom is where there have been enhancement over boom, because the base for ZDoom was Boom!

    I will help you, but indirectly, i.e. I will go on developing my project, and you are welcome to use any part of it for your project. SPZDOOM2 can really be used as a base for high tech level developement and you can send me any resource you want me to include inside it, and I will continue to enhance it in a way that my project and yours could be based on those resources. Currently i am developing SPZDOOMs and making Doom Ex based on them, so my hand are full, but we can develope the two project in parallel!

    TC="Total conversion"; //total conversion means conversion of textures, sound, sprites, levels... if (TC=good) {download_it; play_it} else look_other_way;

    Does anyone try to play DooM stealthily?

    if the sorce ports had the ability to make punchs soundless, i.e. punchs did not awake the monsters, then one could make levels that required stealth to win.
