i just signed up for the selective service system (bastards, i don't mind going to war for something i believe in but being forced seems a bit... err... nazi-like) i would goto war if i truly believed in the cause, i'm not too enthusiastic about this whole Iraq thing. I'm hesitant to support anything GWB does seeing as how i disagree with just about every move the man has made since he took office. it's not the dying part that scares me it's standing up for what i believe in. however, i can't imagine how scary it must be to goto war, i've thought about it long and hard and have come to the conclusion that i'll be clueless unless i actually experience it... you never know until you go. it must be the biggest fucking adrenaline rush, so intense and frightening. we'll just have to wait and see... (i doubt they'll be quick to except me w/ my asthma... they'd probably just stick me behind a computer)

bacon!!! does this count? it's part of a meal but it's usually an appetizer. nobody eats bacon by itself (except me and other various intellectuals) as for actual SNACK foods: definitely BBQ Sunflower Seeds (and other various flavors of shelled sunflower-seeds)

they provide food for animals... i'm pretty sure birds eat slugs and snails... lot's of other reasons too... everything in nature is connected, everything has it's niche

i made a mistake similar to that... i bought a Sega Master System as opposed to an NES! :-D it didn't take long to return that for a good ole' gray NES... SMS had nice graphics and some good games but nintendo blew it out of the water!

smokers have the right to smoke but people also have the right to goto a restaurant w/out choking. i have asthma and cigarettes don't bother me too much but are the smoking/non-smoking sections really effective? they're usually RIGHT next to eachother w/out any sort of divider.

yeah, sometimes i'll write like 2 paragraphs of rambling rants and other glorious things... then i'll come to the conclusion that i have nothing valuable to add to the discussion (or the 2 paragraphs were so incoherent(sp?) that nobody would understand them) kinda like this post :-D

how could you HATE an animal? they don't bother anybody (and if they do, they don't MEAN to... they're operating on instinct) mosquitoes, ticks, etc are annoying but they're just doing what comes natural to them... humans have caused the most damage to this planet by FAR. the only animal that's truly irritated me is a human! >:] as for yellow-jackets... those things can be veeery annoying. those damn wasps that swarm my recyling bin! it makes taking the garbage out an interesting task :-] they wouldn't annoy me so much but they're attracted to humans and they'll start flying around you and land on you... they don't sting me though... if you don't panic they won't hurt you :-] i guess i can't blame them, they have to find alternate sources of nectar since the farm-fields are constantly being bull-dozed and replaced by subdivisions... my hick-town has been turned into suburbia :(
