I was totally just thinking recently about trying to design a Japan based Doom level with SW textures. Maybe a port harbor leading into a city or something. Very cool looking map!

Griffith is actually bi-sexual but I fail to see what that has to do with him being rotten. Plus if he made you feel that way, I'd say he did his job and made a pretty good "villain", one thing I like about him is he's not overtly a bad person. He's charming, composed, quick-thinking, and doesn't care for the petty politics of the kingdoms. He is however extremely dead-set and determined of his selfish goals and he'll do anything to achieve them. And if he fails to achieve them, well...

Nah, we usually got the "Great Value" brand with government food benefits. When I was really young, me and my mom would walk to and from a place that gave away a brown bag full of food for free to people who signed up, and usually it was the same brand. Now I just associate "Great Value" brand as "For poor people." since I saw that brand name a lot growing up. I still get the same canned veggies from time to time since I'm not exactly rolling in money. And I do know the feeling of getting free food and it tasting like shit. I recall getting this incredibly AWFUL mac & cheese with no brand that tasted like someone dumped a whole thing of salt into it. It was disgusting. I took one bite, spit it out and threw away the whole pan of mac.

I'm frequently up all night for multiple reasons and midnight grocery shopping is actually really nice. The store is so quiet and empty!
