Looks like an imp to me. Having played the alpha it swiped just like that. I know it's dark but in the second pic i can also make out the same sort of eyes it has normally, just by the side there. And on top of all that it's the same shape.

Is there generally a will this run doom 3 thread around here for this sort of thing? Otherwise my rig 2 ghz p4 processor 512mbram Geforce 2 mx400 64 mb methinks i'll be playing doom 3 at about 512 by 300 pixels or whatever resolution is nearest to that. The mario movie was barely mario related thing at all from what i remembered of it. I need to see the super mario movie again, bt i think my vote's going for street fighter at the moment.

There was something about a female scientist in the alpha. Dunno if she's made it to the full game though. Here's hoping doom 3's not gonna get bogged down by tight dressed assasins like return to castle wolfenstein.

A crappy n00b map to start off with. I was giving thought to doing my own version of E1M1 when i get a bit more experience.

I'm not to sure what to hink about the certificate thing. Iirc the first alien movie is now a certificate 15 according to the bbfc, and AvP comics weren't too violent. Still considering the adults-only nature of the previous alien and predator movies, i'm not sure what to think.

I swear we've had a thread about this site before. Anyways, i'm gonna see it asap, but despite my hopes i fear it's gonna suck. On the plus side, it seems that the cgi for the aliens won't be used as horribly as it was in aliens resurrection. Otherwise i wonder if they're gonna have one of those alien-predator things (you know the result of a face hugger attaching itself to a predator's mug)

Okay the deadline has been extended by one more week as mentioned earlier. If we still have less than 3 entries by that time then the contest ends and we'll take what we got. And i'm thinking about ending the contest early btw; 9pm in british time, so don't get cocky. No exceptions. Otherwise nice entries so far. :)

I've made a wee update to the pic (as shown below). So if it's not too much trouble, i wish for my av to be updated too please. EDIT: That reminds me, why not put the link to my av through that address rather than your homesite Ichor? It saves you the trouble of having to change it yourself when i can just put a new pic and rename the link to match the one in the shown in the av at geocities. Then again, i see it takes away the risk of me putting some big ass pic there as a replacement which wouldn't go down too well. EDIT2: Goody gumbdrops. Thanks for the edit.

If memory serves, it's because they have no backgrounds. The gif file format is one in which you can take away the background and have only the objects\figures\etc. Transparacy in other words. Is that what you mean?

Not voting yet, but i think i'll go with demons here. Zombies are kinda silly for my liking whilst demons are nasty.
