Seriously, if id Software never made Doom, how would Doom be different? Ever since I started playing Doom, I had pondered this.

Now, this may be biased, but I'm just curious who would win in a given fight. Be honest now, I don't want things like "Oh, this is Doomworld, so obviously Doomguy!" no, honesty. Your beliefs.

Since Doom 5 is probably going to be a remake of Doom II, and we have already seen the Icon of Sin (dormant) in Doom '16, so who or what would the final boss for the next one be? I was kind of thinking about maybe Satan, since it is Hell and Satan is the Lord of Hell, so it would make sense right? Tell me what you guys think.

I was playing Barrels O' Fun and realized I would die if I kept playing. The level design made me dry heave, the usage of PE and Archviles was bad, and the Spiderdemon at the end was awful. Who else agrees?

Last time, I used Clickbait. I apologize. Now I have an actual question. Which should I get? GZDoom ZDoom PRBoom PRBoom+ Other... Also, where can I get mods?

How can you run a Doom mod. Anything special that I need?

No powerups, no full arsenal, just your basic weaponry. and the new Doomguy and Chief. Forgot to mention that. My fault.

WASD is by far easier than arrow keys. But then again, there is the possibility where I'm trying to run but end up hitting Q or E and start screaming at the top of my lungs vulgar insults.

I'm on UV, and it's still bad, but that's my opinion.

Doom was based around Satanism and demons, which in itself is entirely creepy, possibly terrifying, so Doom is Horror. This is a good example of "true" Doom Horror.

The Glory Kill system ruins it very much IMO. The original, you had to find health packs and if you couldn't, TS. The new one you can slaughter imps at 10 HP and get up to 84 HP. I honestly believe that ruins it. That and the constant arenas. It's just as bad as the constant predicable jumpscares in 3. Other than that, it truly is a good game.

Sorry, but my mind went south

The biggest flaw in Doom 3 BFG Edition is that, yes they removed the flashlight mechanic, and they called The Ultimate Doom simply Doom, but it still was good enough (for me anyways). The flashlight, sure it may not be like the original, but it has a timer until it shuts off.

At times, I may have mood swings and may feel depressed, stressed, overwhelmed, or just plain angry. But, to me, it feels as if whenever I play Doom, I feel great afterwards. Now my question is, Is this the same with any one else or is it just me?
