SLADE application crashes everytime a wad archive is opened or created.

SLADE did start working again for a bit after I reset windows, but now the crash has started happening again. This is really strange because the only program I have encountered these issues with is SLADE. -

Crashes everytime on any wad file I load. It just started doing this all of a sudden with any archive I load into the editor when I had no problems with SLADE crashing before. Here's the crash information
