Get an AMD Ryzen CPU (Intel is jackshit the last 3 generations) and hold out until the RTX 3070 releases. You may or may not benefit from an NVMe SSD, but they're expensive-ish, so keep that in mind.

Akschually, Thy Flesh Consumed takes place after Doomguy teleports from Dis (E3M8) back to Earth and fends off the demons that went through the teleporter before Doomguy.

Hello everyone. I've recently gotten my hands on some old hardware that is still alive and kicking and was wondering how to make a server for my friends so that the host machine automatically transfers any WAD that I decide to put in (e.g. deathmatch map packs, custom campaigns etc), since I see many servers are able to do that. Is Zandronum/Odamex/ZDoom able to automatically transfer the necessary add-ons? Or do I need some sort of FTP server for that?

Wasn't that the wad where there's a kjgbhillion arch-viles and revenants and you spawn next to nukage barrels with rockets falling down on said barrels after ~15 seconds? Nuts.
