Dead End King

Oh my god I think I love you. Under the GZDoom Flatseal, under filesystem, I needed to change it to allow all system files. Was able to launch every WAD. I knew it was something stupid... Thank you so much!!

I haven't. Ultimately I wanted to play with GZDoom and ZDL was the most recommended. Looks like I will probably have to look into other options.

I've been stuck on this for days and I can't seem to find anyone else having this issue. No matter how many fresh installs, youtube and online tutorials, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to play different doom WADs on my steam deck using ZDL. I have no issues getting it to run and play DOOM and DOOM 2, but when I try to play Haste, Sunder 2009, Italo, ANY other WADs, it only will launch Doom or Doom 2. From my understanding, you have to add the WAD you would like to play into "External Files" in ZDL, launch, and boom. But it doesn't work. No error messages, just launches into DOOM 1, or 2. I'm sure its something simple and its just an oversight on my part, but I am completely out of ideas at this juncture... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
