  1. (CNN) -- Los Angeles International Airport was closed Saturday after two separate security incidents, an airport spokesman said.

    In one incident, airport police were responding to reports of a "suspicious person."

    The other involved a flashlight with corroded batteries that exploded in Tom Bradley International Terminal.

    Seven people were hurt by that explosion.

    Department of Homeland Security had a different account.

    The agency said that an explosive detection system machine got a positive reading from a corroded battery in a flashlight.

    DHS reported that there was no explosion and that there were no injuries that they were aware of.

    The area was evacuated as a precaution.

    A LAPD bomb squad remains on the scene.

    I don't think the Alpha troops had arrived yet, it was local special forces.

    Someone said it was Alpha forces but later I heard reports of soldiers. Anyway, according to the latest reports the terrorists managed to detonate several explosives, killing around a hundred children. This has not yet been confirmed and I hope it isn't true.

    I would say the biggest flaw was the direction of the game series as opposed to the style that was recently introduced. What I'm trying to say is that they probably should have gone with adrenaline-pumping combat faithful to the original where tens of monsters swarm you with different attacks;
    instead we get a survival-horror game that looks awesome (in light) that tries to scare you but just isn't as fun as it could be.

    I think I agree. SOME massive battles in between would've been really good. Over all I'm happy with the lonely dark atmosphere, but a little variety would've been nice.
