Making a New Tool for Doom (Any one know Visual Basic?)

Hey I won't explain the details of my tool because I want it to be a surprise. I am making it in Visual Basic 2010 and I need to know how out put several things into 1 text file like 2 drop down boxes and a radio button should make 3 lines of script each that change depending on your selection.

I will reveal my tool once I got a beta for it. For now it is hush hush :P

Well thanks I was hoping for more laymen terms I can work visual basic well enough but I'll just buckle down and digest it as it is.

I can output text files with one thing but I need it customized based on your choices.
