I am lost

I am told to go to security area
I climbed back up the stair to where the crane is disabled
and i cannot get in the door
access code issue
but nowhere to enter one anyway


below me leads eventually to the service bridge and furthe to the airlock where I cross outside for a few moments


can anyone help me?

In the security room there should be a computer console that you can use to open the door. Make sure to open the weapons locker as well.

where is it?
I remember when i entered this level there was a guy behind glass
and he remotely opened a weapons locker
the locker on the left appeared to have things in it but was unopeneable...

is that the room i head to?

and if so: i still do not know how to get there

if it is thru the airlock then I am stuck
i cannnot operate it again

Yes, the room where that guy opened the door is where you need to go. Basically you should be travelling towards the beginning of the level. Once you've gone up the stairs and passed by the crane, you will have two doors within your reach. The first is the security room, the second is the locked door that we're trying to open. Just head into the security room and look around for a computer screen that you can interact with.

You can try searching for a doom 3 walkthrough at gamefaqs (I think they might have rules about directly linking to faqs, so Im playing it safe and linking to the home page). If You're willing to spend a little cash, you can also try the Prima Official Strategy Guide, which you can find at any major game retailer.

I think I was lost here too when I played. Took me a lil while to figure it out. When I finally realized I had walked by this computer a couple dozen times without noticing I could interact I was very irritated.
