Two cheap questions

One. Hexen. Any port. Is it possible to create all new character classes, with their own skins, stats, speeds, armour classes, item behaviours, and places in the menu?

Two. Strife. Vanilla. Can new characters be created, completely with their own names, dialogues, faces, voices, and reactions?

Damn, but why? Anyway, I'm seeing some SCRIPTxy lumps in "strife1.wad". Are they editable? Is their format known? Can I make my own Strife scripts?

Sure you can. The only thing you cannot edit are the random dialogues some characters occasionally use.
