That's what we call personal Preference. I personally love the soundtrack for Doom 2016 and Eternal because of the Atmosphere and pounding beats that frame the frantic Action. It's very different to the usual Orchestral Epic soundtracks found in games of this era. Pro Tip: Music doesn't always have to be melodic and traditionally structured. So no it's not a simple as you seem to make it out to be. Its fine if you don't like it, but framing as people who like it are just Edgy LOL is just silly. if you ' can't think of something else" thats on you.

I always considered the Cacowards more as a celebration of Achievements and less about Academic level analysis. This is the PERFECT time to just pat each other in the back, 'cuz, 99% of the time, its all critiquing and discussions which is to be expected in the forum. I mean i would be giving all the praise i can give after playing the 10-20 best mods of the year. If you need an objective and mechanical review, idgames is there for that

Congrats to all the winners :D Especially happy that Corruption Cards and Atmospheric Extinction made it in. Hopefully I can finally break the "Sidebar Award" curse in 2022.

This was a very good watch. As much As i love the idea of the Furry Shambler simply because of how cute it is, if I wanted to be scared shitless by a Lovecraftian monster it would be the one with no fur and just pale skin. It just looks unnatural and uncanny valley. Its unlike the more common sight of furred animals that happen naturally.

Release v1.1 is here! New Tracks, composed by Luke Jansen, Replaces music for Map 05, Boss Theme and Optional Dungeons. Added HUD Icon that indicates when Ring of Sword's effect is active. Ambient Sounds added to Temple of Karnak. Fixed Switch in Map 10: So that It animates when being activated. -
