    Yeah, it is true, both the statement about a KS map20 homage and about how much it sucks when you don't expect it. I know it was quite dumb to create something like that and even more so to keep it there, but I felt that it was slightly more original than to just let two revenants or hell knights teleport to the barrels' spawnspots. But I agree that in the end it sucks.

    Wow, somehow I stopped watching this thread, but I see that posts still pop up here from time to time. Too bad I missed both ZD Night Survivals... but that's a fault on my part. Still, at least seeing the video from it at YouTube really warmed my heart :-) And, as always, thanks for the feedback and critique to all, it is much appreciated. Especially dew's post :-)

    The sound effects can be heard everywhere where various fake-3D stuff in the vanilla Doom is, such as bridges etc. At certain places where I wanted the player to finish a sort of button sequence (e.g. map27 ending) to open the door, these repetitive walk-over lines are necessary too - and walking over them usually causes the sound effect. Or have I misunderstood your question? :-) Well, PrBoom-Plus is recommended (and it's the demo-recording staple anyway), but regarding demo recording, I just want to say that the version available isn't completely final one as it still contains some bugs (and people here are encountering some all the time and I'm trying my best to continuously fix them) and there are a few things that need to be added to the txt (e.g. I totally forgot to credit the authors of new monsters' sprites - sorry Espi, Ebola, Eriance, I'm just dumb :-(). I know that I shouldn't have uploaded it to idgames in that state, but please, forgive me my hot-headedness :-D However, if you want to record demos, it's up to you. It is just possible that they won't be compatible with some future fixed version. Well, the choice of the port is yours, of course; btw I'm glad you like it - all of you guys :-)

    And needless to say that the difficulty settings are there to allow the difficulty decrease when needed. The last few maps are hard at UV, no doubt about that, but at HNTR and even HMP the ammo problems should be gone and the difficulty lowered considerably.

    Huh, I'm getting kind of dismayed by so many complaints about the 3rd episode's difficulty... Damn, after playing Sunlust I felt that the difficulty in my wad is quite low and was afraid that the current community would find it too easy :-D

    Thanks for the positive feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed it, guys! :-) Andy - Regarding those coop-related bugs, I'm aware of a few significant ones (such as map25 final arena entrance), but there certainly would be some lesser ones that aren't quite observable without proper coop testing (and, tbh, no real coop testing has been performed from my part). As mentioned in the txt, Bloodstain is primarily for SP play, but I'm glad you've tried the coop run too. :-) I'm definitely going to fix the major ones in the future version; however, as for the minor ones, I don't think I'll be able to catch everything. Of course, if you have any particular bugs in mind, please let me know and I'll try to fix them. Or if you'd be OK with that, I could join for a coop run some day in the future. Proper first-hand experience would definitely be worth it :-)

    Gez, awesome job you've done there, thanks a lot! Will include it in the next version of the txt :-) Regarding those errors, some I've fixed, some are intentional (e.g. pit under the RK platform in map25 - intention was to let player wait a bit there, if I put a teleport there, you wouldn't need the platform to lower or rise at all; "Ov" in map29's name is completely intentional too). About ammo shortage in later maps - that was intentional too (and have tested the maps with pistol starts and coped with it quite well), but I agree that it can be a bit harsh sometimes; but I think I could put a few more boxes here and there. And keep coming with your remarks, I'm glad you're mentioning anything you find suspicious or wrong :-)

    The ammo at UV is rather thin throughout the whole megawad, but it sure is enough. Sometimes it might just be wise to utilize the berserk :-)

    Ah, the developer group is probably the place where I got it; hope you don't mind much :-) Of course, I can replace it with the final version of the song if you wish :-)

    Oh, that misplaced destination is quite an issue, I did some minor thing placement changes about three days before the release, this is a totally dumb thing to let slip through :-/ Well, I guess that there will be a need for a re-issue with fixes after some time, straight upload to /idgames was probably a little too hasty; for now I'm gonna watch out for other observations about stuff that needs fixing :-)

    I'm quite surprised you like maps 11 and 14 this much. They are possibly my least favourite maps from the megawad - even to an extent that I was considering removing them from the pack as they don't fit there much and imho are just meh... Well, looks like it's a good thing I didn't do so after all :-)

    Oh sorry for the language there, gonna upload it to mediafire in a moment :-) I can't assure there won't be a single bug, but I think it has been tested quite thoroughly. Unless I've released a wrong version, it should be possible to 100% everything at complevel 2 :-)
