  1. I am busy revising the Dexter wad. I am following the suggestions made in the review. I have also added a huge cargo ship yard after the Cyberdemon fight. The Spider Mastermind will be the final Boss fight. Wait till you guys see the cargo ship. It is modeled after a real one. There is also a cargo container crane in the ship yard. It too is modeled after a real one. I am open to suggestions. I want the revision of this map to be fun for you guys. So, what should I add, what should I remove, what should I change? Also, I was thinking about adding a title screen. The default is only 320 X 240 resolution. Since we are all using ZDoom and GZDoom to play wads, can I have a higher resolution title screen and credits screen? Or is their resolution hard-coded in Doom II? PS: The idea about continuing the credits and having another vender in the cargo container area is a good one. I will add 3 more venders, one for a BFG, one for a computer map, and one for the green sphere (will make the final area a little easier). What do you guys think?
  2. It looks like I TRIGGERED a lot of you guys. I am very sorry about that. I was just talking trash (trolling) to get a rise out of you. Looks like it worked. Anyway, I was just having fun. Now, please, super-size that chill pill, ok. From now on I will be humble and not talk trash, I promise. I bet this is the most fun you guys have had on this web site in YEARS. I want to thank all of you for any help you give me. I think this is a nice forum. Thank you guys for having me :)
  3. Thank you so much for reviewing my ZDoom wad. I put my picture in every wad that I create. It is my signature. I usually try to place it in a secret area. As far as "hit scanners", this map is not really designed for them. I mean, where would I put them? Hit scanners are very weak and easily killed. Anyway, I will revise the wad. I am thinking about lowering the brightness in some of the areas. They look too bright for fire light. Also, I am thinking about making the areas where the rocket launcher and plasma rifle are non-secret. You are right, those weapons should never be in a secret area. I create my wads for the average player, not for elite players like you and myself. So, I do not want to make them too hard. So, when I add more monsters, they will only show up in hard mode.
  4. I never attacked you personally. So, why are you attacking me?! I never said that my maps are in the top 1%. YOU assumed this by what I said. It is true that about 99% of all maps for DOOM and DOOM II suck. I collect DOOM wads and have played thousands of them. It is also true that my DOOM wads are above average and will get much better as time goes on. I do not have to prove anything to any of you. If I decide to put up another DOOM web site, it WILL be the best DOOM web site in the world. I am German, and I never do anything halfass. It is also true that most people are lazy and stupid. And this is why I will always top them.

  6. I really do not care what people think. They can either believe me or not believe me. Anyway, the internet has changed a lot since the 90s. Now, you have to PAY to be in a search engine's top search results. It no longer has to do with the quality of the web site. It's all about money now.
  7. So, your DOOM web site always was the first link, on the first page in the 90s web search engines too? What was your DOOM web site search engine percentage rating? Mine was 89% to 100%.
  8. No, I do not use stupid sites like Dropbox. In the late 90s I had the number one DOOM web site in the world. When I retired from creating Doom II wads in the early 2000s, I took down the site. I plan to create another DOOM web site soon. It too will become the number one DOOM web site in the world. There will be a forum, a downloads area, and videos area. I also will be reviewing maps created for ZDoom and GZDoom. The maps will be judged on Graphics, Music & Sound, Map design, Proper placement of monsters and things, Fun Factor, and Re-Playability. Also, you will be able to upload your maps without the fear of it being rejected because of MP3 music. The wads will only be removed if the copyright holders contact me and ask me to remove it from the site. Oh, I will also post on my DOOM web site all of my GZDoom Builder and Doom Builder 64 tutorials. Anyway, all of my maps will be on my site. I usually do not like to join other people's groups or forums. I prefer people to join my groups and forums. I am a leader, not a follower.
  9. Here is another ZDoom wad for you to review. I think you will like it. Please, use ZDoom or GZDoom and make sure to turn "LIGHTS" on. This will cause the light sources to look more realistic. Serious Sam is one of my all time favorite FPS games. So, I create my ZDoom and GZDoom wads to play like Serious Sam. It is more fun to shoot monsters then to look for ammo or worry about your health. This is the reason why there is a lot of ammo and power ups in my maps. I think my ZDoom and GZDoom wads are a lot more fun to play because of this. Let me know what you think about this in your review.   12. Thank you so much for reviewing my ZDoom wad. Your thoughts will help me with future maps. You missed the secret area in the tunnel, and there are Imps shooting from the second floor windows that you forgot to kill. Did you notice how I aligned the second floor windows with the actual texture used? So, should I revise this wad? And if so, what should I add or change? Also, the reason why the starting building is so bland is because it is modeled after real buildings here in Portland Oregon. I know you hate jumping, but, welcome to the modern age of ZDoom and GZDoom. Even so, I try to create my maps to play and look like vanilla Doom II. The original version of this map has the beautiful Dexter Blood theme playing in the background. If any of you want the original or the upcoming revised version, please let me know. If you think I should make it larger, let me know. I was thinking about adding a huge ship yard with a cargo ship and gantry cranes.
