Had a lot of fun playing this! I have a small gripe though- it's less of an issue and more of something of choice- having the music replaced being a "forced" part of the wad? It wouldn't be so bad if the music was in it's own wad- that could be loaded alongside with but I had to gut all of the custom music because I didn't want to listen to it- I wanted to listen the music of the maps I was playing.

You can't do that in vanilla or boom- UDMF can do it easily, and ACS in Zdoom in Hexen can do it with scripting... If you're using older formats you'll have to adjust your layout to fit around the grid- or import new flats that are manually offset to compensate.

Help on making damaging floors challenging

I mean if its just muddy water...it doesn't seem like it should be damaging to be honest~ Just because it's brown and muddy- personally I feel a different kind of flat should be used if you really do want to give that feeling of "Oh this is bad floor- don't touch!" -
Not bad! The red version though has a "line" that goes down the middle though between panels, stands out a little~

Mirroring what Nightmare says- I had great fun with the weapons and monsters in this set, given the maps are built around them it all works out perfect, but it would be neat to use the weapons in other maps just for a bit of fun! -

As much as I love eye searing yellows as the next person, the darker palette used between light and dark is lovely on the eyes! This was from my playthrough after years of not actually sitting down to play a full game of S3&K trying to get all of the emeralds and super emeralds. Got to Death Egg with one 3 out of 7 but new game I have started seems to be going much better! Those last few special stages can be a bitch but I'm working on getting better~! -

Take out every one of those god damn messages- there is no need to take the player's hand at every turn. Players will figure it out because it doesn't seem like they will get lost at all. MAP02 for example "A bridge has raised" yeah- no shit it's right behind you and you can hear it. On the flipside the maps have some really good atmosphere, going with that PSX look and feel certainly helps and you stuck to it quite well! Thing is though if you want to get Doom running on your Switch at the moment you'll have to have one of the "original" systems that allow for the hardware based exploit. As for the random pitches? I don't mind it- I've always played with it so it's natural to me :P -
